ALPS LINK TRANSFERS pays particular attention to the protection of your personal data. This page describes the main information that may be processed when you browse the website, use the booking request form or contact us.

Data collected

When you use the booking request form, we collect the information you enter: name, email address, telephone number, journey, date and time, number of passengers, flight information, luggage, special requirements and any message. If you contact us by telephone, WhatsApp or email, we process the information you voluntarily provide. To limit abuse, the sender’s IP address is used temporarily to limit the number of requests submitted; it is not stored with your request.

Purposes and legal basis

  • responding to your request and preparing a quote (pre-contractual steps taken at your request);
  • organising and carrying out the booked service (performance of the contract);
  • administrative and accounting follow-up and handling of any dispute (legal obligation and legitimate interest);
  • securing the website and limiting abusive submissions (legitimate interest);
  • measuring website audience (see the section below).

Audience measurement and Google services

The website may use Google Analytics and related tools (Site Kit, Search Console) to measure audience and performance. These services may process technical browsing data, according to their configuration and your consent choices. Audience-measurement cookies are only set after you give consent; before that choice, only an anonymous technical signal, without cookies, may be transmitted. You can manage your choice at any time with the “Manage cookies” button at the bottom of the page.

Retention

  • Unconfirmed booking requests: 12 months from receipt, then automatically deleted.
  • Confirmed bookings: 24 months from the trip date, then automatically deleted.
  • Accounting documents and records related to a service: applicable statutory periods.
  • Email exchanges: kept while the request is being handled, then according to the periods above.

Recipients

Your data is intended for ALPS LINK TRANSFERS. It may be processed by our technical providers (website hosting: Hostinger; email: Google Workspace) solely to operate the service. It is not sold to third parties.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection by writing to contact@alpslinktransfers.com; we reply within one month. Proof of identity may be requested where there is reasonable doubt. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL if you consider that your rights have not been respected.
